Benrahma is a wonderful player, but their chairman has said that he's not leaving for less than 20 million. Aston Villa made a 9 million offer and he's supposedly watched by Arsenal too. If he could be brough for 10-12 million, I think it would be a great price. Brentford only paid £1.5 Mill for him, from Nice. In terms of Watkins and Maupay, Brentford only paid £1.8 Mill and £1.75 Mill for them respectively. Edited by Willo (05 Jul 2019 2.47pm)

Maupay reminds me of the likes of Robbie Fowler and Michael Owen, opportunistic goal poacher and deadly in the box. Not many box players in the game nowadays with most teams playing with a lone striker up front but he seems to manage well, he links up well with other players and looks lively off the ball. Not sure about Watkins but I've seen clips of Benrahma, another Brentford player who topped the assist chart last season. Reckon we could take a punt on him to replace Zaha if he goes. My mate's a Bees fan - goes to most home games - and he rates Benrahma higher than Watkins or Maupay

Looking at that think we should grab their scouts as well. Edited by Booted Eagle (05 Jul 2019 8.02pm)

In my opinion Maupay is a natural goal scorer. One of those players that will score at any level in any league. Whoever gets him will have made a very sound investment.

Think Sheff Utd have bagged Maupay From the Guardian 'And Neal Maupay is set to become Sheffield United’s £15m record buy after Brentford slashed the asking price for their French striker.' Still there is always Borini (:

Maupay has been withdrawn from Brentford's squad playing Dynamo Kiev. Talk is, this is due to interest in him from Premier clubs.
