In the video he starts by stating that far-right means working class. At that point I turned off as he's obviously an idiot.

these days 'far right' means a support for freedom of speech, rule of law, the open market economy, human rights for Jews and LGBT'S, a balanced television Media, and full employment.

so obviously they are bonkers ?

Well if anyone knows a thing or two about intolerance it'd be Sargon.

Really? This tells me that you don't listen to what he says.

It's isn't Sargon throwing things, it's the people you support.

So you can't talk to me about tolerance because what are you tolerating exactly?

I believe in Karl Popper's paradox of tolerance. You see intolerant beliefs forming in society, you destroy it at the earliest opportunity. Allowing intolerant/far-right views to go unchallenged allows them to enter the mainstream and eventually destroy tolerant society. That's what we're seeing with the populist wave (Fidesz, AfD, Brothers of Italy, Front national, UKIP/Brexit Party, etc).

Like I say, you don't listen to Sargon.

'paradox of tolerance'.

Essentially 'paradox of tolerance' can be used as justification against the beliefs of anybody. I could flip your right wing organizations for left wing ones and justify violence on that score.

For example, you support the Greens, for a very long time a party on the edge and not the mainstream. This same intolerance could have been used to destroy them while they were small.

You know what really bothers me about contentions like this is that it was socially conservative societies that allowed you to exist: you were tolerated.

And yet I only want to destroy the far-right. The far right wants to get rid of (or, in Anne Widdecombe's words, "find a solution to" ) "the gays", people of a different skin colour/nationality/sub-ethnic group, certain religions, etc.

Ann Widdecombe's far right now?

You don't even know what Sargon thinks and you're telling me what the far right thinks.
