I’m no expert on how Brighton are set up. How much is Hughton responsible for signings? Or do they have a director of football that does all that? If the latter then it’s hardly his fault they signed expensive duds like “Signing of the season” Jahanbaksh Me either. I suspect that as is the way these days, the DOF brings in the players to fill the areas that the manager says requires strengthening. So I accept that my post read that I'm blaming him for the signings and that is probably being harsh on him. They are however stuck with those players unless a new man can get more out of them.

Cant believe he would even consider them, he is one of the best managers in the world, Man Utd should get him Man Utd already have a manager That's not a dig at your suggestion by the way as that's probably a very good fit. It's a dig at Man Utd!

Talksport saying they want Rafa Benitez. Also mentioned Technical Director Dan Ashworth is very ambitious. However unless Bloom is willing/able to spend s*** loads of money not sure how ambitious they can be. Will defo need to increase their wage structure

Not too long then !

Graham Potter is Brighton's No1 target. That's what is on Twitter at the moment.

I’m glad they’ve sacked him, I hate it when they have a manager I like.

I can see Hughton being the next Palace Manager, he has all the qualities that Parish admires.

Don't think a lot of signings where down to him. In the championship they went for solid proven championship players Duffy Stephens Sidwell Baldock Knockhert. It's only when they went up they started trying to get value in worked at first Propper Ryan izequido but then went a bit off with Locadia and Jahanbaksh. They have also signed players who haven't even got work permits Percy Tau and Alexis Macalister.

I really hope they don't get Graham Potter cos he's a pretty fantastic manager. I'd rather see him at Palace when Roy goes.
