Positions of leadership should be based on the highest IQs and allegiance.......Whereas these are only very indirect requirements in reality. And popularity should be a contributing factor not the most important. But this is moving away from democracy, which is a bit uncomfortable. However I can see that democracy.... will ultimately be the end of itself.
