It's brewed in Bedford which is hardly The Midlands but I'll have to take your word on the taste as I don't think I've tasted it since I stopped working in Croydon in the eighties Since the closure of the Ram Brewery, the standard has dropped, a lot. It's not the thoroughly delicious pint it used to be. Best: Young's bitter (as was) Worst: Keo (no self-respecting cat would piss it) Edited by Cucking Funt (15 Feb 2019 6.04pm)

I only really drink Cider these days so I won’t bother with any lists, but I’m amazed ‘Peroni’ Seems popular with some of you fella’s. I’ve tried it a couple of times and thought it was pretty much tasteless, but each to their own I guess.

Best Curious Brew - Brewed in Tenterden, Kent I believe, your first pint will taste like ass, but you'll be back for more Stella - I think this beer gets a bad name, it's pretty good. Anything brewed by Mikkeller - I think they have a bar in London now, would recommend this massively Fosters - this beer is a bit of an all rounder - beer garden in the summer, working mans club in the winter, this beer is great. Worst

I was actually offended when a colleague came to my house and had bought me San Miguel. He thought it was good as it was Spain's national beer Foster - Australia national beer - awful - nobody drinks it in Australia Catch a trend??? I lived there for a little over 3 years.

Thanks Ash. May take a trip to Boughton Monchelsea. It’s Rockin, so no g by the way. Had to look it up. Are you biased because it’s your local brewery? You're welcome Maple.I know Robin from my local(the Pilot in Maidstone run by Sussex brewery selling mostly Harveys) and have been to his summer festival a couple of times in Boughton Monchelsea.. Fantastic day out with so many ales, music and food and good good people, well worth a visit. Robin has recently taken over a pub in Barming and has quite a seletion of his brews there. I love the festive ales he has out every Christmas. Ollie's Dad,Ash.
