West Ham Home 9 February Tickets

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Regrade Season Ticket' by bexleydave Hi all, I am a season ticket holder with my 7 year old son. My son will not be able to make it tomorrow and instead I want my father (over 65) to come with me. There was an option to regarding the season ticket that you pay surcharge and change status of season ticket (from U10 to concession or adult). However, I fail to find it at my account now. Anyone has any idea if this process has been terminated or I can get a help at Box Office tomorrow?

I have a mate using my sons ticket tomorrow which is never a problem with automated turnstiles.
