Tony Taylor, John Loughlan, Tom White (Ok maybe not) and a winger whose name escapes me but may have played in Division 1 before we signed him This season only 7 Scots have started more than 7 games in the Premier League. McArthur leads that category

A stockbroker urged me to buy a stock that would triple its value every year. I told him, at my age, I don't even buy green bananas! |

Jim Scott was indeed signed from Newcastle. And in my view was awful. Not sure about his shorts being high but I doubt they ever got dirty . He did nothing and nowhere near the same class as the others mentioned.
I got vision, and the rest of the world wears bifocals. |

Is this the nostalgia thread?? Good point. As i said in Shankland’s other thread I’ve seen him a couple of times, when he was Ayr, and would say he’s an effort player, he chases everything so is often available if the ball breaks in the area. YouTube has some clips of his goals - whether he’d get the same sort of chances in the PL is obviously moot but he certainly tries hard.
