I have few issues with people moaning about the easy abuse of the English language. Edited by Stirlingsays (24 Sep 2018 9.39am) The meaning of 'gay' wasn't changed - it was deliberately hijacked and assigned a connotation with no etymological justification.

Now we get it shoved in our faces with the expectation that we should be celebrating their ass banditry like dancers in a 'Shake n' Vac' advert. Edited by Stirlingsays (24 Sep 2018 11.51am)

I don't know why I blame Robbie Williams....but I'm blaming him all the same.

Not to shag your mates wife shows disrespect and should be avoided.

What I object to is the "gay" community getting upset because "their" word is possible evolving again. If I said that the school lesson was gay the youngsters would understand that to mean naff or uncool and nothing to do with sexual orientation. It remains to be seen if this new meaning sticks or is just a passing fad.

Starts off by 'shagging your mates wife' & ends up discussing the merits of the English language via Shakespeare' BRILLIANT . . . doint the Beast with Two backs. You will end up with Coursers for Cousins and Gennets for Germans. Ryan Giggs didnt shag his mate's missus. More's the pity.
