I think they will have sacked Pardew long before we play them

Do not underestimate the sakho effect. As important as wilf for me.

I agree, Sakho had a far bigger influence against Huddersfield.

I'm happy for everyone to focus on Wilf though as even though he's not clearly match fit again after injury he occupies 2 or 3 players...just in case. the real trick is to have the midfielders giving Wilf an option when he's being closed down.

In a typical Palace fashion, it will be torture till the end:

Liverpool H Loss
Bournemouth A Draw
Brighton H Draw
Watford A Win
Leicester H Loss
Stoke A Win
WBA A Win

No typical Palace is

Liverpool H Win
Bournemouth A Win
Brighton H Lose
Watford A Lose
Leicester H Loss
Stoke A Win
WBA A Lose

Still being able to be relegated on the last day with a bizarre set of results.

I would take that. 39 points will be enough.

This is what unnerves me, both could be down and then with the pressure off whoop us. I'd like to be safe prior to the Stoke game

I tend to think as above, IF WBA and Stoke are already relegated, then they will play with a luxury and freedom and the pressure will be on us. I hope we are safe or close to safety by then.

and it's goodnight from me.......

I'm not sure about that. They are liable to be looking forward to putting their feet up. We will be better motivated.

I expect us to beat any team already relegated.

I'm not sure about that. The better players will be playing out of their skins hoping to be picked up by PL clubs at the end of the season rather than be relegated and lose a big chunk of their salaries.
