Look at Huddersfield as one of our bogeyteams, would be happy with a draw. Just wonder who get relegated to the bench now that Zaha (Tekkers hopefully), Sakho, Loftus-Cheek and Cabaye is back?
Don't think Roy H. let them in easily after the heroics of our last three games. And again that clown-ref Taylor cheated us....

I don't think you realised we lost all 3 games. No heroics, just not good enough, first half against Chelsea was embarrassing.
We need our top players back asap and get the squad players on the bench.

We should be able to play this team now:

Hennessey

Wan-Bissaka Tomkins Sakho PVA

Townsend Luka McArthur Schlupp

Wilf Sorloth/Benteke

Or play Sorloth and Benteke together and put Wilf on the wing.

With that line-up, there are surely points on the way.

If Palace can get a much needed win at Huddersfield and pick up vital wins against the likes of Brighton; Bournemouth; WBA etc then we should be safe. Southampton have a dreadful run in to end of season and West Ham also have it in themselves to capitulate.

Mind you, if we play as poor as we did in 1st half vs Chelsea yesterday, then we deserve to go down.

Yes. 36 points by the time we play Stoke and West Brom. I agree that is relatively achievable. Especially as we have a few of the mid-table clubs coming up.

I still think 36-37 points will be enough. I also expect Huddersfield or Brighton to get reeled in yet. Although this looks like the first season that I can recall that all of the promoted teams might stay up. Bodes well for us next year if we can stay up too.

Think it will be West Brom, West Ham and Southampton to drop.

I agree with you on Southampton, or West Ham. Not both.

Southampton have only 3 home games left, and two of those are against Man City and Chelsea; whereas West Ham have only 3 games away and have Southampton and Stoke at home.

I reckon it is West Brom, Stoke and Southampton.

Ah yes, forgot about Stoke. Well a choice of them 4 sounds good to me.

I know how you feel. It would be just our luck that Stoke beat Man City tomorrow.

'I still think 36-37 points will be enough'

Why do people continue with this points forecast of 37/8 points as there is no evidence it will be enough.

The Manager who knows what he is talking about, says it could be 42.

Yes. Well the facts are that Roy thinks that "it could be 42" and "I still think 36-37 points will be enough". Not sure what evidence you need, take a look at the fixture list.

Because history indicates that more often than not (by a long long way) it is enough. Last season 35 was enough

I would imagine Roy is trying to keep our players focused as well as the teams already on mid 30s as they play our relegation rivals

Been eating me all week.
This my first post since then.
I was soooo angry and apart from our pens missed I think this dropped min one point will cost us.
