Can't believe we missed out on Cameron Jerome.

And we lost out on Tim Cahill AGAIN.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Could you please add their ages, number of minutes played , assists and goals scored, so that we can do a proper evaluation?

Hours spent in the medical room would also be useful.

Thanks

It's going on as my footer.

that's the big problem becky we've all been too ambitious as to who everyone wanted to sign before the deadline..it finishes 1 hour to go and counting it's a damn shame parish hasn't done the right thing and invested in anyone a striker and a keeper it's goin to be a tough run in now till the very end

To be fair, from what I've seen/heard, that Skorloth bloke looks to be getting done by the end of the deadline. Also, the deal can be finalised after the deadline, it's just one bit of paperwork needs to be done by midnight.

Some of the names flying about and realistic too. Dembele from Celtic, Walcott from Arsenal.

I really think the tactic is leave it til last minute so we just get relieved we sign any striker even from the Danish league.

This better get across the line but even if it doesn't you can't tell me we couldn't have shelled out a measly sum for this striker 3 weeks ago and got it done but they knew the backlash that might come with signing a no-name.

I don't mind us taking a gamble on these players once we've got a proper 11 and at least a couple of worthwhile subs but for crying out loud, in our situation just go and spend 25 million on Dembele and then buy this fella with the chump change left over.

Balancing the books, financial fair play, it's all BS becaus3 our board don't want to spend any money.

Very bland window for the palace, seems to me that some of our relegation rivals have done a bit better than ourselves, but then again, there is still time....

One player isn't enough. This is a shambles. I wouldn't blame Hodgson for walking but God I hope he doesn't.

Before some idiot quotes me and tells me to get on with supporting the team, I'll be there on Sunday and don't even bother saying you think I/others secretly hope the club fail to be proven right because I couldn't give a damn.

Nothing would please me more than Parish's penny pinching to work out. Palace to field the same starting 11 including Zaha, Townsend, Benteke, Sakho, Luka and no one to be subbed or injured.

Realistically that will keep us up. Chances are slim to none of that happening though and even though we had a half decent 11 out against West Ham you could just see the players were dead on their **** and looked like they desperately needed some new blood to push them or give them a rest.

According to SSN we are still looking to sign 3 by deadline. Hope it's correct. Won't hold my breath. Again though, prove me wrong. Rub my nose in it for all I care, just do what's best for the club.
