I don't think we'll see him gone before Summer. Problem is his agent is the same agent as Kane's, and you can be certain he's in Levy's ear day in day out about Zaha. I hope he doesn't have his head turned. This team has real potential, and we play now in a way in which everything goes through Wilf. He gets as much of the ball as he wants, we accept his odd mistakes, and he gets to be the Messiah to thousands of his hometown people. If we lose Wilf I really don't know what our plan is going ahead. We have a system which is really reliant on him, and if he goes we have no one to replace him. He is a properly unique talent, with perhaps a better ability to make an opponent look like a total mug than any other player in the division. Man crush doesn't even begin to cover it!!! I think you nailed it. £50 million to my mind won't be enough to replace the guy who we basically rely upon. What the hell do we do without Wilfred ? He is the heart and soul of this club, we pay him well. I honestly can't see it working out for him at another prem club knowing his temperament. If he goes to PSG, Real, or even Barca..then I would respect that, but to another Prem club, f that. He does well because the fans don't get on his back when he makes a mistake, he does well because he is basically loved here. Go to Arsenal or elsewhere and the stakes are higher, the pressure is higher. It won't be the same for him Time will tell

I think we all agree that he deserves to be be playing for a higher level team than us. His performances and influence on the team shows that. However there are other people who can influence the situation. Does Parish want to progress the club and build a team around players like Wilf ? Does the agent see his performances as the best opportunity to maximise his earnings ? More importantly does Wilf want to go and play for another club as ours is his first love ? We hear so many stories of players , particularly goal scores , who perform brilliantly in one system but when put in another with different player influences do not perform with the same effectiveness. Wilf has to decide if he considers himself to be that good that he can still be a big influence in a team with much higher quality players. I guess in the end he will want to try again at sometime to move to a bigger club but for now I think he is enjoying the where he is and will not move. This of course all depends on our survival in the Premiership.

I hope he goes to a great champions league side (without any bad feeling from palace fans or hierarchy) and stars for them --except for twice a season. and we get an absolute minimum of £60m -- ideally much more -- and spend it brilliantly. he is world class. he must go in June, as sad as that day will be. If we show enough ambition in terms of bringing in better players I don’t think he’ll ask for move.Enough ambition being shown off the pitch by the club .I’ve every confidence he’ll be around for a while , he looks too happy and settled. Always the chance of a silly offer coming in of course that we can’t refuse. Anything above 50m will do it , but will that happen. ?

On the plus side, if he’s really on £120k a week that will severely cut down who could buy him in the prem. Spurs pay s***e wages, so I don’t know how a move there could work. Man U has been tried already. Arsenal aren’t going to shell out £50m+ for him. Liverpool (esp if Coutinho goes) Chelsea, City... possibly:

Not sure I could watch him playing at Selhurst for the opposition. I just won't turn up. Imagine if he scored, would be like being knifed through the heart.

Maybe just maybe he will be just like Le Tissier and never leave (again). But we have to play our part and grow the club and win the League or FA Cup. Parrot

Especially after his experience at Man U. And lets not forget he's on huge money. Would a team like Spurs be abe to better his salary? Not by much I don't think.
