Just saw Ref Watch on Sky with Dermot Gallagher. He thought 1st one was a pen and 2nd one from where refs view of it also a pen but from the shot side on possibly not. Panellists mentioned simulation but Gallagher said no so i cant see Wilf being charged. I think Roy will blow a fuse if it happens

I for one will also "Blow a fuse" if he is charged with simulation.
No case at all as far as I am concerned.

It was a god awful performance from him and his assistant in front of the main stand. Watch the replay of the first goal he had clear sight so who knows what he was watching. Perhaps he could explain the debacle regarding the drop ball, Luka played it back, nothing wrong in the laws with that, he then spoke to him as Bournemouth complained, taken again Bournemouth kicked it back to Palace albeit 30 yds further back. The foul by Dann on Defoe in the 2nd half seemed as blatant as they come (see I am not one sided) Overall very poor performance and to cap it all he and his assistant laughed at Palace fans as they were leaving the pitch...ar*****es. Having watched football and in particular Palace since 1961 (sounding like you now Willo) I honestly believe the standard has got worse since they went full-time professional, perhaps they have become to high and mighty and they will make the PL a laughing stock

I have to agree. One of the most inept performance from a referee and linesman I can remember.

In my paper Eddie Howe is quoted as saying "we don't want to see diving or Cheating in the game and it remains to be seen if we ask the FA to comment on Zaha's diving!!

Pot and Kettle methinks.

Sun saying he'll not be banned. Great newspaper.

...as you were Wilf. Keep on your special sprinting-unbelievably-fast-with-the-ball-while-forever-being-slightly-off-balance thing.

Zaha will face no action for alleged dive v #afcb - FA looked at first penalty but decided it didn't meet threshold for referral to three-man panel #cpfc

Regardless of your supposedly knowledge, or your 'in' with referees, the officials had a shocker yesterday. The lino in front of the main stand was out of his depth and Kevin Friend lost it early in the game. He is the new Clattenburg.

To be fair to Friend, he's just a s*** referee. Clattenberg made his bad decisions on purpose.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

The pundits may arguably have an influence on which incidents are reviewed, but I'm happy to rely on three individuals making up their own minds in isolation. I can't think of an alternative that would be better.

The problem is that Wilf was saddled with the "diver" label really for no good reason and now, having been awarded ten penalties in the same game after years of getting nothing, he's getting plastered with that label again.

Expect another protracted drought of penalties for Wilf.

I wonder if we could turn this on his head and complain to the FA about the slanderous comment by Eddie Howe.

Given the impact of Steve Bruce's comments about AJ the implications could be have been massive.

If only - Benteke might have at least scored one of them . . .

for the first penalty - Zaha was going down before contact with the goalie. for the 2nd he kicked the floor in his theatrics while going down. we have trial by media in the UK so unless they kick up a fuss there wont be any charges

Keep up at the back there.

The official process that decided Niasse dived also decided that Zaha did not. In the first case he began to fall because Nathan Ake caught his foot. The second was as clear a stonewall foul as you'll ever see.

The refs may be poor and the sanctions silly but this process does seem to be doing what it says on the packet.

Now get back under your bridge.
