Not predicting (or jinxing) anything, but West Brom are a sieve at home and - after deserving a point at Spurs, a point at Newcastle and all the points at Burnley (currently above Spurs) - I think we are due to break the dam.

I’m glad he left but can’t help but like him. He’s such a characature and in a strange way I admire someone who can have so much love for themselves. Hope we give him a friendly hello then stuff his team.

You lot sound like Newcastle fans ( and we didn't half ridicule them when they started on Pardew).

We are Palace and we are better than this. The bloke played for us and he managed us and we had good times as well as bad times, this is how we have always been.

Well the match went as we would have expected, with a 'new'WBA trying to steam-roll a very ressiliant Palace. WBA will have some success under Pards, but, like here and at numerous other clubs, he moves away grumbling.
This is sad. We should afford him the respect we reserve for those who served our club, and gloss over the weak bits. To bring them up is a poor reflection on us, as its our history too. Anyway, it would make no difference. He came, we saw, he left. Amen
