I agree with Nick, the current government are a lumbering shambles, desperately hanging on to a leader they didn't want, trying to survive the slings and arrows of misfortune and lack a cohesion of a leader that appears out of her depth (and in fairness she seems to have to deal with a lot of very different matters, without the assurance of being able to get policy through parliament).

The only reason she's still leader is that no one wants to be the prime minister responsible for Brexit - which is looking like its going to go badly for the UK - certainly the conservatives running that show don't seem to inspire any confidence that its going well, but I think they were also on a hiding to nothing in having to negotiate an exit without any serious consequences for the UK (there would always be consequences for the UK from leaving the EU, no matter how much bravado got talked up).

The problem is of course no one talked about consequences on the leave campaign, except to dismiss them as remainer nonsense, whilst no one on the remain campaign talked about consequences of staying except to dismiss them as brexiter nonsense.

So you now have a situation where the expectation is to deliver on unrealistic expectations.

The only reason she is prime minister,is that the country do not trust Corbyn.

Hmm so why did Labour prove such a surprise at the last election. Its not about what the country 'needs' in yours or my opinion, its what the people vote for.

Because lots of starry eyed kids voted for him.

They think he is the new messiah, you know the sort six form politics.

The only demographic where Tories has more support is with over 60's.

All of the things you have listed are trivial at best and didn't even happen yesterday.

The woman in Iran - the problem is Iran, not what Boris said
Priti Patel - slap on the wrist
CBI - don't need answers on brexit, and she's not going to start making stuff up to please them. Like the rest of us, they'll just have to wait until it's sorted - mostly being dragged by the EU's determination to not make leaving appealing.
Paradise papers - nothing story, all legal
Fallon didn't leave then? What other concrete evidence have you got on whom or is it the same as Clive Lewis and others who have also been accused and not suspended?

Can you take a month off from posting the same monotonous stuff and links to stuff?

Really, I think the reason she is Prime Minister is that no one else was left in the Conservative Party when the fiasco of tory leadership came to an end after Cameron stood down. It was between her and someone almost no one had heard of, neither of whom were even remotely in the front running.

Then came the last election, where clearly the people don't seem to trust her either, and she could only forge a government by paying off the DUP.

The only reason she's still PM is that no one else wants to be the PM associated with Brexit, because it won't be anything like the picture painted by the Brexit Campaign (but nor will it be the end of days painted by remainers).

I'd hazard that BJ is still only in the cabinet so that he can't dodge any responsibility in regards to Brexit.

Thats what I am saying as s*** as she is and the whole tory party are,Labour could still not win enough seats to form a government.
And if Corbyn was in the same postion as may was at the election,he would have bought Sien Fien off.
So as s*** as May and the Tories are....comrade Corbyn still couldnt win...its not really that difficult to see that.
