I always preferred Motty to Barry Davies who specialised in sounding bored IMHO. Nice for Motty to go out on a high by finishing at Selhurst Personally I am a big fan of Jonathan Pearce, even though he's calmed down a lot since joining the Beeb. I like commentators to be fans!
