Dan I just posted elsewhere regarding £15m on a forward, my gut says we've been trying to attract a £15m forward all summer and for one reason or another we didn't succeed. I don't think it was becuase we wasn't trying though. That's just what my gut instinct says. Maybe I've rose tinted glasses on but it did seem like we was being linked with a fair few. I expect we was working hard to get someone above Niasse level. Everyone entitled to their opinion.

He's right. What I don't get is that this level of bullsh*t from fans wasn't around when we were in the championship. We had a healthy knowledge of who we were back then and used to mock Charlton fans for hounding Curbishley out. Now look at us! I'm not a big FDB fan but you'll never hear me digging out Parish. I am more than grateful for what cpfc2010 did for us.

Obviously with hindsight Jairo reidewald look a silly signing despite potential. With the supposed money of 8m given the 7m that we were prepared to pay. That 15m could on a striker. Example Hernandez. If we got RLC,Hernandez, TFM and Sakho. I could live with Hennessey for a season. How good does that look or even Perez. Equally you could say that Schlupp and PVA double signing under Sam was bizarre. Clearly Campbell and Remy were off in the summer. If money for transfers was tight one less there could of helped.

Fvck that sh1t. Grateful for being 2nd form the bottom after £600mill has passed through the clubs coffers since 2011? He is the delusional one and so are a few others. We should be in a much better place on and off the pitch by now. Like Villa or Sunderland (to name just a couple)? And they already had the infrastructure & a much bigger fan base and income stream. Just look at West Ham. After 3 games last season we were in a bottom 6 of: Southampton None of which had a single win at that time. Back then we knew how bad a manager we had - we'd been s***e for the whole of 2016 - and whilst there were calls for his head there was nowhere near the vitriol & ranting we see now. That's despite important changes in staff (not just FdB but the others in the back room) an improved squad & training facilities. The appointment of FdB may prove to be an error but if the team & he find a way in which his ideas and their abilities can gel then who knows - it's no different to when Sam arrived (other than experience of the EPL).

Every window we spend millions upon millions upon millions. Pay some of the highest wages going trying to attract the best. Beckenham is being worked on and has been over the summer. Sakho £24m £120k/week playing for palace. that's great news! Not good enough though. Wilf didn't get bought by Spurs we gave him £100/wk contract. Benteke - smashed our transfer record to bits. As we needed a proven goal scorer. Milio - complete gem of a player for peanuts. We took a chance and he's class. Yes the stadium isn't done. But let's be fair these things obviously take time. Who long have Spurs been planning there stadium and like wise Liverpool. Yet impatient Palace fans want everything last month or the board out! Makes me embarrassed to associate myself with Palace when we have fans like these. Completely delusional about what the club is trying to do. Just becuase in one transfer window we spent £10m less than others. s*** stadium s*** training ground they bemoan. And completely ignore all the planning applications we've submitted trying to move things forward. Parish out! Get Noades back... hahaha couldn't make it up.... delusional.
Unsurprisingly, this means its much harder for the club to achieve results, due to the competition level - and having a fairly small financial basis to compete.

Could of helped us get relegated yes. We signed two and it was a genius move as we did suffer injuries and did use both and did win points and did stay up.
