If you had a choice next season of whipping Brighton twice but they stay up, or losing to them twice but they got relegated which would you pick?

That is wrong about The Palace Pier; the owners changed the name to "Brighton Pier" after the West Pier burnt down and their has been a campaign for years to get the name changed back to the traditional name. I believe it has now changed back to Palace Pier. My memory of those 70s and 80s matches was of lots of low level scuffles and not the carnage and death that others report on here. No one died for God's sake!

It will definatly be the Palace pier in November when we take it over. Horatios is as good a place as anywhere to fill up with our fans pre-game.

beating them twice and they stay up - then do it again, and again, and again, until they DO fall through the trap door

Ah see I think I'd go the other way. I am dying to see them go back down with a record low points. Even if they took all of their points from us. Although preferably not.

good read. When Murray went down injured in the play-off first leg, a good number of Brighton fans were clapping him, in fact I didn't hear any 'judas' chanting, I thought they were pretty good about it in general. I do feel rather honoured to have been at those momentous games - the 5-1, the 3-1 at theirs which will 100% be the most hostile and exhilerating awayday experience I'll ever have.

Correct. It was only their goalkeeper, Teddy Ruxpin, that was being unsporting about it.

Pretty sure they were chanting 'Where's your Murray gone?'

Brighton fans chanting anything seems pretty unlikely to me. Even when they score goals you can hear an old lady unwrap a sweet.
