Yes, really. Hope you have not informed your opinion in relation to the player nearest to him. Just look at the player on the far side nearest the Assistant who was the last line of the defence, excluding the keeper. Edited by Willo (09 May 2017 1.25pm)

In a masochistic type of way, I almost hope Swansea win. It would be a much better day Sunday if theirs something to play for, and the atmosphere if we draw or win will be fantastic. However if we loose... I assume you're joking !!!

Lucan? I reckon he's never even been in the box, let alone gone missing from it. Or are you one of these conspiracy theorists?

I'm glad Swansea's game is first because it means they are playing against the unknown and have to go for the win. Nobody wants to be playing for safety on the last game of the season. Like Hull, they won't be able to sit behind the ball and will have to go for the win, which will probably suit Sunderland. There are a lot of factors playing in Sunderland's favour. - They are under no pressure Having said all this, if Swansea win, they are pretty much safe. I can't see Tony Pulis putting out a good team against them. Given that us and Hull are playing each over then Man U and Spurs respectively I think they will be quitely confident.

I think Sunderland have more chance of beating Swansea than we do of beating Hull. Fingers crossed they thump them 3-0.

That was Defoe's first goal in 1000 minutes and he was well offside Who cares, to me the linesman could have had a red and blue flag and wearing an Eagle costume, as long as that stood. Hull losing to Sunderland was the best thing that happened to us on Saturday. That was like a win in terms of the table to us. It could have been Parish holding that flag down, and I'd have argued black and blue that he was right.

I don't think Spurs or Man Utd will be putting much more effort in that WBA. Meaningless games all around. Although it would be f**king hilarious if we stayed up because WBA went out an beat Swansea, with Tony Pulis effectively putting another 90m into CPFC pockets....
