Sorry for delay in updating Hi Everyone, Some good news I have literally just got in from visiting Del, I have to say it was such a relief to see his smile especially after the last time I see Del was just before they found the first leak, Mary came in whilst we were there Tracey & me it was also great to see Mary as well, Del was getting confused a bit but very talkative which was good to see. We stayed for about an hour both Del and Mary looked drained Del has lost quite a bit of weight, but like Alan said all of the tubes were gone he was very pleased to us his face lit up, he was also a bit emotional regarding how everyone has helped Mary and him out during this worrying time. But all in all I would say yes we are going to have our Ginge back I did tell him about the three pubs that had shut since he's been in Hospital, James Convey was there as well he then informed me that Doctor's told Derek to stay "Tea Total" when he gets out 😂😂 I was glad we went to see Del it's made me feel better.

Regrettably late to this thread but just wanting to wish Del every hope of a speedy full recovery. Great to read of recent progress made. Here's hoping that the Palace faithful can spoil both Del and Mary with A* treatment when fit to return to Selhurst.
