Given I go to the games I certainly wouldn't moan about not being on TV. I have made comments about TV showing every Manure game no matter what it is, but that's a different story. I think people have a right to complain about this, especially seeing as it's pretty close to the game and tickets are already on sale. It's also 6 of the next 7 games that are not at 3pm on a Saturday. That's too many. Also in terms of spending it's just a rising water level. If they cut the TV deal by half every club would have less to spend and agents and players would just get paid less and transfer fees would be lower. They should have half the number of games on TV and give fans way more notice of changes unless it's for fixture clash reasons. Broadcasters won't pick all their games months in advance so they have the chance to show games that mean something in April and May swapping Arsenal v Leicester for Palace v Spurs being the perfect example of that! It can't be just me that realises this! I travel down for most home games as I kept my season ticket when I moved back up north and it can be a pain but I appreciate what being in the premier league means regarding sky coverage but I also appreciate what sky TVs money has enabled Palace to become! As I said earlier we've got f*** all chance of keeping Wilf or signing Sakho without their money so it's a small price to pay! Never the less I still expect the t***s in The HF to still do their pretty anti sky posters, however they will be gone long before sky tv will!

Does our apparent sudden popularity with the TV channels indicate that we have recently become of greater interest - or is it just because of our opponents ?

Waiting for someone to blame Sam, if we hadn't started winning and being good to watch TV wouldn't show us, only if we happen to be playing a "big" team. Its laughable, these on here having a hissy fit, need to grow up.

Palace v Leicester is live in Ireland on SkySports 5 at 3pm, over here it's called SkySports Ireland or SkySports mix.
Dulwich - Crystal Palace - Upper Tulse Hill - Streatham - Norbury - Castlewellan = Always Palace |

I wonder what time Hull supporters have to leave to get down to South London in time for an early kick-off. It reminds me of Boxing Day 1990 when Sunderland had to make a noon kickoff at Selhurst. I realize the TV companies are paying billions to the Prem but there has to be some consideration for supporters, who after all provide a not inconsiderable contribution to football telecasts.
