This in a nutshell is the problem with Tekkers. What the team needs is a proper attacking centre midfielder who can get close to Tekkers and help him move forward. Presently the team is offering very little attacking wise through the centre. In fact I would suggest that we have been pretty impotent in that part of the pitch.

So I beg of you PLEASE get off Tekkers back. When he is the ONLY player in the middle taking on at minimum 2 defenders if not 3. That would be tough for anyone I don't care how much we're paying him.

Been to every home match that benteke has played in but not viewing through benteke only binoculars. I think hes a great player but hes too predictable while at palace for me

Dont care if its 2 or 3 defenders hes taking on , never seen this by the way with the ball at his feet, or if ( big nasty) you mean just having to play against 2 or 3 defenders - well thats what strikers are supposed to do.

Now onto 'Tekkers' our £32M/£120k a week man. You are saying that putting crosses into the back of the net is night his game when the stats which, don't lie saying that 20 in 60 of his goals (33%) come from headers. Furthermore that by definition, the balance (40) come from central midfield. No doubt you have done your homework and therefore you can quote the games and that each assist was from a CM player.

Finally, on the subject of Andy Carroll get hold of some videos of him in action and see what he contributes to the team as a cutting edge Centre Forward and particularly the goals he gets especially against us. When you have done that tell me how you regard him as crap and 'Tekkers' so much better?

I must make it crystal clear that I want our man to re-discover the form that convinced Liverpool to pay £32m for him becat present he certainly isn't showing it and he is running out of games in which, to do so!
