They were SJs debts so he is the one who should pay them.

We owe more to Pulis than he owes to us in my opinion.

Business goes into administration and doesn't have to pay its creditors and then all of a sudden starts trading as exactly the same business. Although we're talking different owners just wondering whether Matt Allwright would put the new boss' faces on the wall at Rogue Traders?

Restructuring businesses through Administration has saved tens of thousands of jobs in the UK as many well known but insolvent companies have been restructured this way.

If a company was restructured via phoenix and retained the same ownership there may be cause for complaint but in the case of CPFC 2010 they were completely unconnected with the previous owners

Oh right...so administration is a good thing. And there was me thinking there were some poor sods out of pocket and jobs. Silly me.

What would you suggest as an option for insolvent companies then?

how about concentrating on Pulis, just a thought

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

We owe him nothing he was well paid for doing a job. He thought nothing of leaving us in the #### after lying his way to an early bonus payment that is a fact.

The legal case is based on the fact that to be eligible for the bonus he had to keep Palace in the Premiership and still be at the club for the start of the following season so if he had waited another week to leave he would have been entitled to the bonus and we would still have been in the ####
