Surman appatently pushed Ibrahimovic but Friend only did anything about it after being consulted by Rooney. Ref made a total arse of the whole thing but luckily the United captain was on hand to help him out. Seen the first yellow card for Surman on MoTD now and it's clearly ridiculous.

Friend booked Surman was shown a second yellow card but wasn't shown the red card until Rooney spoke to Friend pointing out the he had already booked him or asking him what make of tea he preferred! Was Rooney correct to point this out? At least for Friend it meant he didn't do the famous Poll incident of booking someone twice & not sending him off.
The pyramid to beat all pyramids!! Find out what team is in which division, eg which division is Coppull United in? |

Ibrahmovic subsequenbtly awarded an absolutely ridiculous penalty which, as it turned out, he fluffed. Why was it ridiculous ? Smith had his arm out - when the ball made contact with it his arm moved forward and the ball went in that direction so it looked for all the world it was a penalty. I can understand why it was given. Edited by Willo (05 Mar 2017 12.10pm)

A penalty for me but is another example of the problem using replays would cause for deciding decisions. Not everyone would agree.

Burnley player puts arm towards ball, ball hits Burnley players arm held out in front of him and ......Burnley are awarded a penalty!!! Unbelievable, ridiculous....any other word you like, it was a joke decision!!!

Of course, you can, and you're merely trolling as usual.

I have seen the incident. There was a 'Freeze frame' and all I could see was the ball next to the arm of a Swansea player. Also there were so many bodies in a short space and from the referees view it was a white shirt which handled hence the penalty. If the referee had the benefit of TV replays in 'Slow-Mo' then he would have reacted differently.Yes we all know about the decision but it certainly wasn't a "Joke".

You have been outed as a persistent long-term troll many times and I make no apology for calling you out on it. There is no balance in your position, no acceptance of anyone else's view, and no such thing as a s**** or dodgy ref no matter how outrageous the decisiins they take. I've been using social media fora since Usenet was invented and I know a f***ing troll when I see one. Edited by chateauferret (05 Mar 2017 6.11pm)
