My approval rating for the Stadium of S***e would skyrocket if they gifted us a 4-0 win every time we went there.

You are a little unfair as you should be comparing Sunderland with SE25 and personally I wouldn't like to live in either.

I very much doubt whether PVA lived in Sunderland much as I doubt whether Christian Benteke lives in Selhurst

I saw CB coming out of the flats above Tesco, Thornton Heath. For legal reasons that may be a lie.

No away fans like our ground, that's part of selhurst's charm. You can see why though, I love it, but even for home fans it's pretty s***. Not even worth leaving your seat at half time in the Arthur Wait.

Remember first game back in the big time against spurs, was massive complaints from spurs fans that the concourse in the Arthur was dangerous.

They soon forget about the facilities when they leave with three points.

I dunno. I've been in and around the north a bit. Did you see that part 1 of 2 real life drama called Moorside on that Shannon girl 'hidden' (just staying) out of the way for 2 weeks while the hunt for her/body was broadcast in the press?

The north outdo the south in the oddball and extreme lack of intelligence stakes. I know some northerners who'd agree. Some of the jobs they have to do on food production lines I'm not surprised tbf.

Anyway they go to football grounds and on transport expecting it to be better than their homes, which it probably is, even the Arfur toilets.

Love your alibi.

What a bunch of ccnts not happy with a 4-0 beating they moan about the ground. I hope we stay up and they go down. I remember them singing my garden shed is bigger than this last time they came. They are like Newcastle deluded.

How is it that somebodies disgruntled facebook post has made it to the local news?

Perhaps this guy would feel a bit happier at a cricket match?

Selhurst Park for me will always feature standing in the Arthur enclosure.

All problems could be solved by installing a hot dog stand in the corner by the whitehorse. preferably one offering boiled hamburgers as well in a dry bun.

And here's a thing - perhaps sellers could move through the crowd chucking peanuts and the like to paying customers.

Bovril.

I used to love Rossi's Refreshments' boiled burgers in a dry bun served in tracing paper.

Arthur is by far the worst stand at the ground. Just getting served or taking a leak is a mission. I am actually surprised its allowed to remain open. Half time is rammed to capacity at the back and unsafe imo.
Have never heard an away fan ever moan about not getting served or having to wait and think they have far better service in their bit than ours. Parish mentioned the away fans spend 3x as much than home fans on beer.
