I think there is quite a lot to consider there is his appeal against the first trial verdict and also he may be re-tried on the 4 counts that the jury was discharged from at the second trial. His defence team say he will be automatically released on 19th July that is on license. Unless he was told he would be deported at his trial I just don't think it is a starter but I can't find any info.
