Is this what our fans have come down to?
Vilifying a small kid on a social network coz they don't like his swearing and are offended.Shame on you so called grown ups!
If you want to have a pop at someone, why not try his dad and leave the kid be. It's obviously a parenting issue.
People have sworn since the dawn of time and they are only words and if you're offended by a kid go find a safe space or confront the dad instead of having a go at a young lad and showing a video of him for all to see. you must feel so proud of yourselves.Really sad OP and embarrassing IMHO.
Fancy comparing fights in east london with a kid who quite clearly needs better parenting. I ask you.

there used to be a lad like this in the B block holmesdale a good 10 years or so ago, came with his dad, mirrored his actions word for word, effing and blinding at all opportunities.

The last I saw of him was working behind the desk in the club ticket shop.

Strange world.

I'm 23, grown up in East London, seen fights like you wouldn't believe and hate to admit it but I've also watched a lot of Danny Dyer films.

But I have never heard language like what was coming out of this young boys mouth, and yes I know football is a release and I take my 17 year old brother and he says some things he wouldn't dare say indoors but this was well over the line.

Everybody was looking at this kid waiting for somebody else to say something but next thing we know it's 4-0 and everyone is raging and nobody wnats to pull up a man on how his son is behaving.

Does anybody know this boy and can have a quiet word? I for one won't be sitting there for a long long time!

I know language is the least of our problems as a team but this kid was in WH's ear from kick off about how much of a lanky c@^t he is etc etc and it couldn't have helped!

I've had a word with him, he sincerely apologises and says in future he'll go back to sitting with Brighty in the Main Stand.

I can understand your concern regarding this young passionate Palce fan and no one likes to hear foul language from such young lads however I do believe this young man was actually right on this occasion WH is a lanky c*^*

Can we please find a name for those that spit 'Nigel' at the first mention of common sense and decency? Such villifying really ought to go both ways.

I am well renowned for my passionate support and swearing during every game. This kid however, is off the scale and his problems clearly go deeper than just 'poor parenting'. He bothers so many in Holmesdale and at the very least, surely the stewards should insist he returns to his seat?

Happy to discuss my Nigelness with any c♢n7 that disagrees.

Swearing happens at football, fact. Anybody going to a game should be warned that they will hear swearing. That taken into account, I think it's about context and the amount. Nobody is going to be chucked for swearing once otherwise the ground would be empty before kick off. But constant use of the worst kind is not acceptable, it is against the rules of the ground and should be reported to a steward who should be trained to deal with situations like this. A word from a steward in the father's ear should be first call.

If you were sitting in the area for a one off match, like to OP said he was, why would you bother with the confrontation of his dad, who is also presumably nuts and likely to be aggressive?

If you sat there regularly and it was ruining your experience then it would probably be best to speak with the dad and if no joy, the club.

I certainly wouldn't enjoy sitting near him.

As I mentioned earlier,if somebody is behaving badly then the logical route would be to contact a steward.Maybe more than one person and get the stewards number. The rules of the ground (9) cover all of the above.I would imagine that stewards come on here anyway so hopefully it will be addressed anyway.
