Similar things could be said about Bolasie at 24, I think we miss a bit of raw threat going forward, certainly from our full backs.

He can be a massive threat, just lacking in end product. He causes chaos as he has no idea what he's going to do next, so the defender won't either.

He's great at gaining ground and getting you into threatening areas. His link up play has always been pretty good I thought.

He just caves in the second he gets into a position where he needs to think. If he has time to think, the ball will end up about a mile out of the ground. Or he'll just kick it straight at a defender.

When he plays on instinct and doesn't have time to think he'll smash one in from 30 yards or put in a worldy cross.

That's why I've always wanted him to be given time. The ability is absolutely there, it's almost like he needs calming down and someone to help him with his composure to get the best out of him.

The fact he's probably in the top 5 quickest players in the league obviously helps no end. Gets him into and out of situations someone slower wouldn't be able to.

Sounds exactly like Bolasie. Bolasie used to get us up the pitch in dangerous areas even if we weren't playing well, you end up pinning the opposition back in their own half with practically no build up phase.

That's literally word for word what used to be said about Bolasie!

If we managed to coax some end product out of him, like we finally started to do with Bolasie, it could be a cracking signing.

£12m for a 24 year old who can play at left back or left wing isn't a bad deal in todays market.

He will be a good solid squad player and will add competition or prob start ahead of Townsend, what we've missed! Leicester have fantastic players compared to us! He's versatile too, sign the cheque Stevie p get it done!

Two very shrewd PROVEN premier league Managers who have built their reputations on solid defensive units (Pulis and Big Sam) rate him enough to offer £10 mil plus. Speaks volumes for his ability and potential. Thats good enough for me!
And he is undoubtedly better than what we have. I can see us moving toa 3 5 2 formation very soon and that will be perfect for Schlupp.

Yes please, young and voted Leicester young player of the year for last 2 seasons. Strong and very quick, and versatile.

If we can get him would be a great addition.

Just about all the rumours are about left sided players, whether Schlupp, Brady, Davies or Downing. Hopefully two of these four will sign. I am assuming Downing is most likely, as its a loan and tge cheapest option. I also assume we cant afford we cant afford both Schlupp and Brady, as they will both be around £12m, but whoever signs, these are good players and will improve the first team
