Some of the absolute feck less and whatless comments on here have actually astounded me, and that is hard to do after being a member of this sight for ten years or more. Blaming the current manager for the shyte being served up is devoid of any sense what so ever. he has been in situ a matter of days, and already the mildew cock smokers are at it already. If it wasn't so f***ing tragic it would be funny. How can a man who has been the manager for literally days be blamed for the fitness levels of a team who continually run out of puff in the last 15 mins games, and the football was shyte before SA came along, West Ham, Bournemouth, and a whole plethora of games last season. Mildew sold Gayle, Murray, Bolasie, and Jedi, all of whom would walk into the first 15 right now. Look at our injury list : Benteke Unavailable due to the AFCON Sako You tell me what Manager could cope with that, Even Jurgen the cuddly scouser would struggle with what we HAVE TO put on the pitch. It came home to me how s*** our squad is when I looked at the subs bench last night, Mutch, Lee, Cambell, Sako, what game changers they are LOL. We've got a centre back playing at right back, and a right back playing at left back. We are in trouble and booing the players won't help confidence. It also won't help having a dig at the new manager as to be frank he is dealing with the SH!T that loopy Cnut mildew left behind.

Sitting back and allowing a loss of confidence ridden Swansea to dictate the pace and control the game in the first half was suicidal especially just a few hours after their own caretaker boss said 'if we let in the first goal we wilt'. The new manager certainly deserves to be criticised for that tactic. At least with Pardew we would have been at them. 58th minute - their goalie makes his first save.

Atleast when Pardew was here we looked like we were in games and stood some sort of a chance lol. The only two who could pass semi accurately yesterday were Delaney and Tomkins whilst playing hot potato for the majority of the first half. Kelly is absolutely s***, way way way out of his depth. It says something when Campbell and Sako change a game.

We can't keep blaming someone being sold, or sacked, or not bought. Big Sam - we all know he's not anyone's dream manager, but he's solid. There is a good enough manager and good enough squad to stay in the league. The players need to get some belief back. They were a bag of nerves last night. If all we ever do is demand that we want someone back who's left, it'll be an even more frustrating season.

Yep, Allardyce is to blame. He’s had nearly two weeks to sort this club out and failed. And no more of the Champagne football that were treated to under Pardew!

you have to be concerned with that way of thinking. Edited by Kermit8 (04 Jan 2017 11.30am)

Spot on dannyh. Turning this around is going to be a monumental task from Big Sam... like trying to stop a huge Oil Tanker going at full speed at Sea. Pardew has left the club in ferkin ruins. Our fitness levels and injuries have been woeful this last 2 years. He sold our better players and replaced them with average joes as dannyh pointed out above. Injuries and suspensions have left Big Sam with very few options to choose unlike Pardew who just fielded the wrong teams and made clueless substitutions. I think Big Sam should have a clear out of the current support staff (mIllen etc) as well as getting in key players to battle our way out of the threat of relegation as quickly as he can. Parrish must shoulder some of the blame for not acting more quickly.... Pardew's results in 2016 were there for everyone to see... it isn't rocket salad FFS. We are in for a rocky ride, but if anyone can get us out of it, Big Sam is the man. Get behind him and the team.... booing and abusing our players is only going to lessen our chances of survival.

Nope Allardyce isn't the problem, but neither was Pardew. Injuries and Americans are the problem together with under performing players on over the top wages. Edited by Stuart Shave (04 Jan 2017 11.34am)

Edited by Kermit8 (04 Jan 2017 11.30am) Well maybe he told them to do that, or maybe the players are just a shadow of their former selves, devoid of confidence and have basically forgotten how to play football. It’s going to take a while to coach them back into life.
