Mercedes think he was out of order hence the reason he is getting pulled in for not obeying orders.... Hamilton is a stroppy little git and needs raining in. He thinks he owns the place hence why a lot of the other drivers detest him and he lives a lonely life. He even sacked his own dad because he hated being told what to do after all the years of his dad looking after him..What a tw@t doing that to your own dad and your manager. lets face some on here think the son shines out of Hamilton's arse I think the opposite even if he is British. Thing is chaps Hamilton is no longer the world champ until he fights for it and maybe wins it next year. That must grip his little tight arse it really must. I hope Mercedes reall lay in to him at their show down as no single driver is better than their pay masters!

You do not seem to know much either, Hamilton was TOLD by Toto Wolff to put his foot down and make a race of it but he did not he stooped really low and tried a trick that has back fired on him quite rightly so. Nikki Lauder is fuming with him and I think Hamilton will get a a rap across the knuckles and even a ban...remember he was warned about getting a ban some months ago for his driving and not obeying orders. It might even be a fine you never know we shall have to wait and see. It is out of your experienced motor racing hands and out of my mere spectators hands..

He was told by Paddy Lowe too, and if you listened to his answers, you would understand more about Hamilton. He just wanted to race. Not be out on his own, which he could have done.

I was in Abu Dhabi watching the race so I do have an opinion ...Hamilton is a racer he wants to win, that's why he's a 3 times world champion.....Toto Wolff just wanted a German world champion......oh and it's Nikki LAUDA.....Rosberg has bottled it because he should try and defend his title and he knows he's always gonna be second behind Lewis......jeez he was driving slow and rosberg still couldn't catch him!! I'm surprised anyone watches boring F1 with spoilt children who have rich daddies funding them since birth to race in go karting from the age of 5 or 6 years old. Most would be successful if they had very rich parents pushing them through the karting scene from the age of 5 years old. The more money your parents havethe more chance you will be 'successful' at F1 or in fact any other kind of motorsport.

He is so arrogant and as |I said disliked by many of the other drivers. his attitude is deplorable and is very much a loner. As for Nico being slow then how come in lots of races during the season Hamilton came in behind him?? Nico got the points Hamilton did not end of story. If he gets a ban then I hope he does as you say and walks away. You stick with your love in with Hamilton and I will stick with my opinion of him.

Total bulls***! There are loads of rich kids who never make it in Motorsport, talent is what's required and Lewis has it in bucketloads, that's why he succeeded (3 times world champion) and his daddy wasn't rich!

i think he retired as he knew he wasnt going to beat lewis again next season...he kinda got lucky when lewis had that little bad patch of poor finishes. dont get me wrong he did a fantastic job over the season to win the champ but he probably knows himself that jedt season will be very different. i would like to see jensen get his seat next season as he is a really, really good driver who has deserved better for a few years now

Whilst I agree with you, if you listened to Hamilton's answers over the radio, you would fully understand his intent. He said to Paddy Lowe, "I hear you Paddy, let us race". This was an invitation to Rosberg to catch him and pass. Wheel to wheel. Rosberg was too chicken to try. So Rosberg really created the problem. He should have raced, but didn't. He settled for second. Lewis Hamilton had nothing to lose at that point, it was late in the race. He just wanted to race, not disappear into a hollow win. i dont see it like that, lewis knew that rosberg wasnt going to put himself in a position where he was going to go wheel to wheel with lewis as that puts to much risk on a coming together and potentially rosberg spinning out and lewis maybe staying on track to take the title. thats what lewis wanted to happen, or he got overtaken but at that point even if seb had taken him maxs tyres had gone and nico could have easily fended him off for the remainder of the race to take the 3rd place he needed both nico & lewis were both very clever in that race its just the fact lewis had to try something to force the situation... and i dont thjnk he did anything wrong at all. its effectivly the same as if palace were going to win a trophy and timewasted for the last 10 minutes to secure the win, nobody would mind at all, its just tactics, even if they dont seem morally right for some. i know one thing for sure, if lewis had wanted he couldav pulled away and led with a pit stop in his pocket all race, but it would have been a shyte boring end to the season

Edited by the silurian (02 Dec 2016 9.39pm) Edited by the silurian (02 Dec 2016 9.40pm) I do not know if you have read what Sir Jackie Stewart said about Hamilton and it goes like this quote: "Lewis Hamilton is a little ballerina" and when someone of Sir Jackie Stewart comes out with that then the issues run deeper than you and I think or presume. The interviewers after the race were so brassed toff with Lewis it was cut short of airtime. They stated that Lewis Hamilton would be advised that there is an art to winning but there is also an art to losing. So it seems that even though you were at the race you did not know the full story of behind the scenes. The press it seems and media are not on the same playing field as you and are rather on my side of the argument!
