I think that might be opinion rather than fact, I go to games and I hear very few people saying well done Mr Pardew, but I do hear a lot of "I wish he'd just f*** off"

Yes opinion, based on the reaction of the crowd at home games.

I am not saying they are happy but bar one game earlier in the season (I can't remember which) I haven't heard any real dissent. I sit in the Arthur, it may well be different in other parts of the ground

Sounds reasonable. If he hasn't learned by then it's his fault. I'd be looking now though to be ready.

Yeah absolutely, you'd hope that Parish would have a couple of ideas in his head in case things do spiral to that point.

Think the poll on the homepage says it all really

Is it time for Alan Pardew to go?

Yes - 100%

No - 0%

Not really, I have no idea the number of respondents but the majority will be posters on here of which there are comparatively very few in the big scheme of things. There will also be a few trolls from Brighton, Newcastle etc plus I hadn't even noticed it until you mentioned it.

Just looked on BBS and it is 70% out 26% in.

I can't believe that someone wants Zeki Fryers starting to be honest, he is diabolical.

I want a left footed player at Left Back not Kelly or Ward.

Fryers appears to be the only one.

Anyone else WILLO.?

Besides when he has come on we seem to improve.

I'd give him four games. The City game is a freebie and any points picked up against them would be a huge bonus. After that we have an unbelievably important run against Swansea, Southampton and Hull. He needs 5 points minimum from that group of games, if not then I would want to get rid while there is still time to get a new manager in for January.

..your kidding, everyone on here will be saying he is the best manager we have ever had!

In, but the board would be wise to start looking around to see if they can line up someone better for a smooth transition if necessary.

I think there are some overreactions from a lot of people.

We've had some positives this season. We are scoring more goals, and we are coming from behind against teams.

Over the past couple of seasons we've also lost Murray, Jedi, and Speroni from age. Delany is also now too old.

Ward, Tompkins and Kelly are underperforming. Souare is a huge blow.

We need to tighten up the defence then we will be fine.

We wont get Big Sam as its too contriversal. Mancini and Huddink are complete pie in the sky.

Not from age regarding these two, Pardew incorrectly simply did not rate them that much.

Why he was hell-bent on getting rid of Murray I don't know, considering it was his goals in the second half of the season (after AP's beloved Sanogo got injured) that made the manager look so good.

He then replaced him with Wickham who has been terrible, so bad in fact we went out and threw nearly 100 grand a week at Emmanuel Adebayor!

Oh yeah, just to remind everyone he got us one solitary goal.

Meanwhile Murray and Dwight Gayle are on a combined 20 goals for the season already.

Another genius move was replacing Jedi with Flamini. How's that working out for you Alan?

Can you spot a player?

I sit in the Arthur too, and the only bad thing I've really remember is the Bournemouth game. That where we'd lost two on the bounce before that, and then put in one of the worst halves of football I've seen at Palace for a long time.

If we still on 11 p after the Swansea game, Steve P & Co must react. The owners are fans, the Americans investors - they obviously invest in squad and the stadium to play in Championship. This can not go on any longer. Then we are 6 games away from "half time" of the season - Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Utd and Southampton among those 6. Can't see any points in there. Peter Taylor was/is a Palace legend, but he was useless as manager for the Eagles. AP, well he has had his time I'm afraid, would love him to be a long time manager at Selhurst. But...5 wins in 34 and Brighton promoted!!!!!
