Re Welling Utd - if Steve Finnan is the answer, what is the question? And no googling.

Yes Finnan used to play for Welling !
I might be wrong but I have a feeling he used to play on the right-wing for them.Went on to play in various positions for professional clubs.

Some on here might recall our former defender Mark Hone.He left us for Welling and he played a large number of games for them.

On the subject of Welling itself, I recall going to the 'Station' pub in Welling many moons ago on a few occasions.Used to have tempting 'Talent' in there !!!!

When I last went to Norwich a few years ago what struck me was the number of female supporters in the crowd, many of whom were advanced in years.

LOL !

On the subject of female Norwich supporters I believe that both Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Cathy Dennis support the club.
