Forgot to mention that the away support led largely by the HF is obviously appreciated by the players long may it continue.

I really don't know what law they are breaking by having their faces covered. If they do something wrong arrest them then you can take the scarf off and identify the person. If they aren't doing anything wrong then they should be free to wear what they want and keep their faces covered. Seems a bit daft to me but then again I am old. Has it really come to the stage in the UK that the police can determine what clothes people can or cannot wear? Spot on. To be fair there was no real aggro not that I witnessed just abit of banter you get that at any football match. The police were on it & well controlled with the rowdy odd boro & the black clad clan.

I live in Boro and the suggestions of trouble after the game are a non story here. Was a few posts on local facebook group pages about odd scuffles but really nothing major. The use of the terminology of `Ultras` in one of the links regarding the Holmesdale Fanatics is probably due the the fact Boro have their own self styled ultras `Red Faction`, actually saw a few Red Faction flags and stickers on walls around the ground. I walked through the center of Boro on my own through some of the inner city estates with Palace shirt and scarf on no bother at all.

All hand bags I reckon, I recall going to Boro to see us play at the old Ayresome park, and you were scared for your life before during and after the game!

Why do they need to go around with their faces covered if they've done nothing wrong? Unfortunately since we got promoted we seem to be seeing more of this. 1.Right for a start look at the pictures of the HF that they pub on fb 99% of them had faces uncovered , and even if they do what's the problem. 2. "We seem to be seeing more of this", where exactly ? Having traveled to more than my fair share of away games, I havnt, so please enlighten us when ?. 3. It's a police web site full of properganda.

If people are going to post pics on social media and make up stories might be an idea to cover up.
