Says it all really. Less than four minutes of footage... all lot of which showed him almost doing something good...not exactly a glowing endorsement.

I like his attitude and work ethic but he really is not good enough.

Just pay his hairdressers bill. It would have been cheaper to buy Ronaldo

Surprised he lasted 26mins. Isn't the hawthorns the highest ground above sea level ? I suspect his hamstrings broken down due to the lack of oxygen.

According to the press report he was on the receiving end of a very nasty high challenge which left him with a bad cut on his shin.

his build up play wasnt "awesome" as he never created fudge all and never scored considering he was a striker.

remember when his confidence was so s*** he dived instead of scoring against stoke?

were better off rid, basically he stole a living off us for 3 seasons.

He was responsible for setting up a lot of Puncheons goals for us. Also 7 in 40, isn't bad for one of our forwards lol... His last season here, he was past it.

Lasted 25 minutes on trial with West Brom.

He gave us one very good season in 2013/14. It was a critical season and for me his link up play was a key factor in us eventually surviving. I feel we should be grateful to him for his contribution to the club.

He certainly gave us a lot more in one season than others have had in several and should be remembered as a bit of a club hero.

He was the link between our battlers of the Championship - Jedinak, Delaney, Ward, KG etc and the signings we are able to make today - Remy, Benteke, Townsend etc.

Without him we wouldn't have stayed up OR been seen as a club that is a realistic destination for top players to go to once they can't quite cut it at top-top level. Just like it was surreal for us to sign Benteke for 30k, it was surreal to sign Chamakh at the time.

I don't know why our fans knock him so much for last season. We didn't need him or rely on him at all. Would be like Ibrahimovic winning the league this season for United but being absolute crap at the ripe old age of 36 next season and the fans saying he never contributed anything.

Sometimes you just need a bit of class for 6 months to a year to get you over a line.

Not really his fault. He was the victim of what was described as a very nasty challenge which left him with a badly gashed leg.

Looks like we're be filling the last spot with flamini. I agree chamakh quality was a major part in pulis survival challenge. He always gave his all, it's a shame that injuries have halted his career. I wish him the best.
