Could you have selected e ticket by mistake? In which case go onto the website and look at your purchase history and you may be able to print. E Tickets don't work. Printed one off eat it and nothing, didnt even get me tapping my fingers to the Radio. Well dissapointed as i had Faithless from our Maxi at the ready.
