referencing the other thread saying that Russell Brand lives in Shoreditch ( not exactly our hood). But anyway, it got me thinking.

Who lives on our patch ?

for openers : Mark Steele , lives near the Palace Triangle...and he is an eagle !

Richard Ayoola of 'the IT crowd' used to live on Gipsy hill. Jason Puncheon ( ever heard of him ?) grew up nearby.

any others ? doesnt matter if they are eagles, hate football or support a scum team, so long as they live on our patch.

Well it was fairly close....ish.


he lives in east Dulwich , I have never seen him though , I have seen james Nesbit but I think he now lives in herne hill . Jeremy bowen , jo brand , john pienaar (also a palace fan ) , kirsty allsop and Olivia colman lives in Peckham .

I've lived down south for the best part of 30 yrs and I have never met anyone who has actually seen Ronnie Corbett in Croydon. Does he really exist?

Yeah, well he's only 3 feet tall so you'd probably miss him.


Was living in Shirley, Top of Spout Hill but moved 18 months ago. Obnoxious little man, My pal did some work for him and got knocked for some of the money owed.

Bradley from S Club 7 lives, or at least lived, in Sutton and was seen a lot around the area in their 'heyday'.

I once saw Ronnie Corbett at the opening of Esporta Gym in Wallington.

Depends on your definition of famous i guess...but local residents to Chislehurst / Petts wood include..Hale and Pace (yes they live in the same road as each other), Paul Elliot (ex Chelski), Gary Stevens (ex Spurs), Billy Bonds (Ex Wet Spam), Nick Gusset (Hol Radio fame) and Gianfranco Zola (who lives next door to my ex)

Makes it easier to car pool to the Job Centre I guess
