I wonder if he'll come on and agree that Burnley were outsung today and give us some credit for our amazing fans and superb come back??

1,754 palace there today.
A decent turn out considering the awful weather conditions.

The fella came on here to alert us to a place to eat/drink and park that was away friendly.

For some bizarre reason people started abusing him and things got ugly, he wished us well in his last post.

He doesn't need to come on here again.

The only person that needs to come on here and explain himself is Phil Dowd.

The travelling palace fans did themselves proud and many may well have used the facilities offered to us by our Burnley chum.

Well said Hoof Hearted, sadly we do have some dingbats on this site that let the vast majority of us Palace supporters down when "away" fans come onto our site offering help and assistance which in most cases is useful to those that travel to away matches.

To me, away games are an adventure. A big part of it is having beers I don't normally get, finding interesting new pubs and other places to visit, sometimes stopping over and inevitably talking to the locals.

So when a local offers to help, I like that. A bit of guidance is always welcome.

As such, away fans coming onto our forum is cracking, we see life from a different angle and learn new things.

Anyone purposely upsetting them for no reason is just a pillock. Away fans - bring it on. You are welcome, which is why we have a board all for you.

Why is CP away support so poor? I was expecting at lest 1.500 - maybe 2,000 at TM on Saturday.

I think you were worrying about the wrong things bruv. 1700 travelling supporters, we couldn't hear the Burnley library and, most importantly Dick, or whatever his name is, can't defend a two goal lead. Oh, and I don't share the same love for away supporters that a few on here do; I don't post on other teams sites and reserve the right to take the piss out of those that do

Your fans support was first class, I would guess 1600 - 1700 CP fans in the Cricket End, just a few more than Hull brought. The Cricket Club was packed out with CP, again many thanks. I hope you enjoyed you short stay there (even the badge seller told me he did well!).

On the pitch your come back was excellent, your be looking for a mid-table finnish, where us Clarets will be struggling right up to the final weekend I fear.

Thanks again, and best of luck for the rest of the season (and fingers crossed) home to see you back next season (hopefullyin August or September!).

I didn't have a pop at him, I simply wondered if he come on again and admit our poor away support number was class

I hope Burnley and us, obviously, stay up tbh

Pug Face Bruce
Twitchy eyed, Wobble Chopped, honest as the day is long managed Queens Park Raisins
The terminally dull Villa

That's a great bottom 3

I for one hope you stay up but not at CPFC expense.
Even looking at your forum most said we were deserved winners and that doesn't happen a lot on here or in football in general .
Good luck for the rest of the season

Thanks for your help Ken, I'm sure the lads all enjoyed your hospitality.

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for Burnley's survival.

Take care.
