As for his lack of pace, Teddy Sheringham didn't have a bad career and he wasn't exactly greased lightning was he ?

What Sheringham lacked in pace he made up with his head - when others start thinking of something he had already done it.He certainly thought quick ! A very good football brain - an intelligent player.

Let's keep him until next season, give him a chance to get fully fit, he at the very least deserves that, super Glenn!

This - he deserves a chance after a full pre-season.

When GM is sent on with 15-20 minutes left in the last few games he's only task is to chase the ball (first defender). He's a prolific goal scorer/poacher, not a Cameron type of player. Really hope TP back him all the way in preseason and show faith in our 31-a-season man.

Muzza scored so many as he had great service from the wingers. This season he has only come on at the end of the game and in most of those the wingers have also come off or have already run themselves ragged. Starting and game time will give him the chance to bang that ball in countless times.

As some have previously mentioned judged him this time next year. A full pre season should make a difference, certainly should be part of next seasons 25.

The problem with FFS is his age. At 30, he is coming to the end of his career. He is a striker, not a goalkeeper, I really can't see him getting back to the fitness he had last year before his injury. As for stepping up to the Premier while trying to regain that fitness, I doubt it. Without the injury, maybe. We may never know.

I hope we get a a goal scorer to cover for him, and keep him for another season (at least), and see. Then we should let him leave to finish his career in lower leagues if he doesn't make the grade.

I have a lot of respect for him. He helped keep us up, and get into the play-offs. He is a legend, but if he can't cut it in this league, he will have to go.

Systematically dragged down by the lawmakers

glenn murray is a striker who thrives on support, as was shown last season when he had a lot of support,zaha/bolasie, the chances are, over the next season or so we will not be in the position to to play the type of football to play to murrays strengths, as much as i'm a murray admirer, i don't think he will be the link that our playing style will require, i.e defensive (consolidating our premier place) sincerely hope i'm wrong as i think he is the best striker of his type i've seen at selhurst for many years

Better suited to Championship especially considering his age. A great servant but we've outgrown him. If Palace want to stay a mid prem team they need a reliable striker proven at this level who knows the way to the net.

Chamakh is 30 but we all want him to stay! GM deserves a full pre season and until January next season where an accurate assessment can be made of his value to the squad.

Glenn needs to have a pre-season with Pulis as does Gayle before they can really be judged.

Although Murray scored 31 last season, how many were penalties? and how many more could he have had if he hadn't missed a few as well!!

Its a bit like AJ scoring 20+ in the Premiership although half of them were penalties

Now ask yourself the same situation of how many Jerome has missed and how many he has scored this season..... and bingo!
