Don't care who wins it as can't stand any of them. There's a difference of 1.5m prize money between 9th and 11th so COYP

If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong

If they play well and beat us I won't begrudge them. Still hope we win or draw though, or at least play well and do ourselves proud with the spotlight on us.

Just because there are other incidents in football of tragedy such as hilsborough, it doesn't render the justice for the 96 campaign less valid. Those families had the balls to take on the system and use the media to keep it in the public eye. Good for them.

Exactly.

Also, the Juve fans still mourn the passing of the 39 at Heysel, they are not forgotten like people try to make out.

It was also hooliganism from both sides, unlike Hillsborough which was a monumental cluster f*ck of errors, lies and cover ups.

Regardless, I'd never want Palace to lose.

I'd like Liverpool to win the league for the way they play football and I think Gerrard deserves a title but I certianly don't want us to lose Monday. Everytime Palace play whether it be a friendly or cup final I want and expect them to give every effort to win. If that's screws up Liverpool then so be it, same the following week I'd like Fulham to stay up but if us beating them sends them down tough. Every position is 900k so 2 more places which might mean a left back.

The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years

Indeed, however the JFT96 campaign and our match against them are two completely different things.

the dignified don't even enter in the game

Want us to win every game regardless of who wins the title.
Really want us to beat Liverpool after Brendon Rodgers suggesting that we park the bus and play hoof ball in games. We should go all out attack against them and end their dreams. We could be responsible for preventing Chelsea and Liverpool winning the Title this season.

I'd rather Chelsea won it than the scousers.

Weird, but I feel exactly the same. I despise Chelsea, but I just can't stomach seeing Liverpool win the league.

So I'm not alone then?
Not sure how winning it this year is any more of a fitting tribute to their fans than winning it any other year, but I do know there'd be no end of smug media-types all over it and it would be unbearable.

Come on Citeh!

Everton fans don't want LFC to win the league they know of, or actually know the poor f*ckers at the front of the Leppings Lane End at Hillsborough.

Can we propel Bradford back up the league for their loss as well?

Did you see Man Utd give us a win in a game we didn't want to play 3 days after Paul Nixon? No. Now limit your posts to 1 per season. Sorry, 1 per decade.

Welcome Mr Tan, glad to see you've managed to join us here on HOL.

I could think of nothing more gratifying than ruining their slim title hopes, just a shade of karma in knowing what it felt like when we didnt get into europe.

I think that its the last weekend of the season that sees the 29th Anniversary of the Bradford disaster. Did we or will we stand for one minutes silence?, like fcuk we did or will. As they have at the last game of the season every year since it happened,Bradford will, a respectful nod to those who perished.

I'm more in mind to support their dignified acts than the chalk carrying, bleating scouser hard done by tribe.

I now want to see Gerrard doing a John Terry, on his knees in despair looking up at the jumbotron to see his mighty reds defeated and their legendary title gone.

Clinton is Clinton. I have known him for a long time, I know his mother... Simon Jordan
