Didn't like what he said in post match interview. He said he will look back with great satisfaction what he has achieved this season.

He's talking about when his career is over. Nothing to read into there.

I sincerely hope so.

Can we have nothing but positives for a few days at least..... I hope Parish and the board will be locking Pullis, Speroni and Cham in an office today and not letting them out until they have signed new deals!

What is being achieved this season is remarkable and Tony will surely stay. But don't underestimate the size of the challenge next year which will be just as tough. Plenty of newly promoted teams have fallen foul to second season syndrome.

Times interview today in which TP says one of those who persuaded him to take the job was Alex Ferguson. I take back all the insults I have made about bacon face.

Tony Pulis isn't a man walking out on a club when he has a contract.
He stayed at Stoke for seven years because he had the tools to do things like he wanted them to be done.

I'm convinced he'll stay with us when he's given the "power" to shape the squad like he wants, to negotiate the deals he like and then I believe Pulis can be THE man to keep us in this league for many years to come.

If he feels he's only there to coach players and if he has nothing to say in who's coming in and who's leaving, then we'll lose him to another club I'm affraid.

But wouldn't it be utterly stupid not laying our fate in the hands of this manager?
I'm Palace through and through but there's nothing wrong in saying that keeping us up this year is nothing short of a true and true miracle given the circumstances in which he took over a few months ago?

I hope our board reckons that TP is worth being given maximum responsabilities to do the things like he wants them to do.
If that's the case I'm convinced that after nearly 20 years of not having much success in the Premier League our club can develop into a proven and stable mid-table Premier League club. Something I could have only be dreaming about when I became a supporter of Palace in the mid-nineties.
Where are the times we fielded squads with an average age of 21 in the Championship? And that figure we only reached because we fielded Fraser Digby LOL.

When I look at today I can't express my delight in how Palace transformed itself once again, supporting this club's never a dull affair, it's a neverending rollercoaster, however, I feel TP can stop this in a positive way...

The dreaded 2nd season syndrome.....I'm not to concerned about this, its something TP will be aware of, plus he and the club can start planning for next season now, im sure its going to be quite a contrast to Holloways kamakazi spending!

It would be so very Palace if we were to lose Pulis now, after what he's done this season. If he were to walk out for a bigger club and take half our team with him, that would feel very much par for the course given the many false dawns we've endured over the years.

However we seem to be on the brink of something special with Mr Pulis in charge. I hope he's as honourable and principled as he seems and wants to stay and build that special something we all dream of.

ain't that the truth. Surely just for once we can get a bit of stability and push on......please god.

The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years

The dreaded 2nd season syndrome.....I'm not to concerned about this, its something TP will be aware of,

In Stoke's first season in the Premier League in 2008-09 Pulis guided them to 12th.In the second season they improved on their league placing finishing 11th.

I read that too and had the same thought as you. What with Mourinhio's love in, I wonder if there are any other closet Palace fans in the management hierarchy .... Pep Gourdiola perhaps ?

TP has performed a miracle and the rewards should flow to him and his staff and players.
However the talk of TP being given absolute power in player purchase, team selection, tactics is farcical.
"Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely"
