This will sort out the conspiracy theorists.

If the FA/Premiership really don't 'like' us then they'll use this as an easy out for getting us chopped from the premiership. If, as 99%of us think, it's a croc, then Tan will get laughed at and we'll get some daft fine to keep everyone happy.

This is what will happen.

Palace will be safe from relegation and oh what is this??? The FA will dock points from Palace, which will coincidently get us relegated.

The FA have had it in for us for a few years.

I fail to see how;

1.You think The FA have had it in for us for years (examples)

2. Points deduction ? This hasn't happened before so why do you think it will be that ?

3. We can be punished for something that nowhere does it say we can't do what we're alleged to have done !

This is all about Tan trying to discredit Moody before their court case. Tan and his mad board know nothing about football, they are a bunch of mugs. I almost feel sorry for Cardiff fans because this lunatic is destroying their clubs name as well as their heritage. When the court case is over though i expect Moody to link up with Mackay again.

Plus it will be the Premier League, not the FA who will dock us points, and I've not seen any evidence that the Premier League 'have it in for us!' If the PL did try to dock us points then you can also almost guarantee that there would be appeals that would subsequently lead to a high court case. This would be after the fixtures for next season come out so it will be more trouble than it's worth. Probably.

At worst any deduction would be the 'three points' - its worth noting that moodys information did not match the team cardiff put out, so its difficult to claim we got an advantage. Anyone whos read a book probably realises that if you have information on your enemy that is wrong, its not an advantage but a disadvantage.

Plus this is fairly common practice in football to try to get information about a team prior to the game. The PML don't like deducting points unless they have to.

A fine is the worst we'll get for bringing the game into disrepute.

What difference would it have made if we knew their team, we start the same players every week!
