It's time to move forward. I think Jerome has done well over the past half dozen games and has served the purpose of getting him in on loan. We cannot go into next season lacking a goal threat like we did this one. That must be a priority as well as more strength and depth in central defence. Well as they have done recently the team still has plenty of improvements to make and solid player acquisitions should be made as well as a clear out from our 25 man squad.
The good thing is we are now a lot more appealing for players to want to come and some of our fringe players would attract a good return on what was paid for them.

Not all about the goals. I do believe we got relegated last time even with a certain Mr Johnson getting 20 of the elusive things.

Cameron Jerome has been exactly what we needed this season. He unsettles opposition defenders and brings others into play.

Lose him at our peril.

Our midfielders contribution to goals scored -Jedi and KG - is beyond woeful too.

The whole team cept for JP has been woeful in finding the back of the net including Maroune.

It should be 95% of his main job. Luckily Punch has come to the rescue but apart from Chamakh or Murray, there's nobody else who is expected to score.

I think TP will go for another striker similar to Jerome but hopefully with goals in them. Our style requires some pace up front, someone like an Andy Johnson would be great.
