Villa played them at their own game and won. Harrying, hassling and snapping at their ankles the whole game.

Sit back and give them time on the ball and they will slaughter us. Play higher up, in packs and put it up 'em Mr Mainwaring.

That may just get one of them upset and sent off again.

Mariappa--Dann--Gabbidon---Delaney---Parr

Ward------KG----Ledley----Jedinak---Moxey

TP to pioneer at CPFC in 2014 the 5 man holding midfield protecting a 5 man defence but perhaps a little cavalier for us?

Didn't Jose take Chelsea to Old Trafford with a similar formation?

Qpr done the double on them last year.
.

NO 'Double'.
QPR beat Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge but the teams drew 0-0 at Loftus Road.

The early goals conceded by Arsenal were all from lost possession in the centre of the park. As we'll likely be avoiding possession in any part of the park we should avoid a similar fate....

Having to play a large part of the game against 10 men helped them to take it a bit more to Chelsea. In the end they mustered four shots on target. They did what most teams do, packed out the midfield, got tight and squeezed the game down to a pace that suited them.

Then when Chelsea went down a man, they pushed.

I'm naturally deafeatest when it comes to palace. I think we will lose, but it won't be a thrashing like most expect.

We are very good at defending. Ok we still let goals in, but not more than 2.

Remember Man city? We all thought the score would be double figures!

I'm tough. I'm ambitious. I know exactly what I want. If that makes me a bitch, I'm OK with that.

The only time I thought we would get a double figure smashing was the home game against Arsenal, we were playing sh*te, they were flying, should have got at least a point. Off now to put a sneeky tenner on a Palace 1-0.

We will start the game playing for a 0-0 and when we go behind we will continue playing for a 0-0

we might just go for and sneak a plucky narrow defeat and get a lot of credit and blame the ref
