prediction. - we wont win another game this season as we dont have the bottle.

We'll get draws where we expect wins (villa and fulham) and the rest we'll either get tonked (Chelsea/Citeh etc) or have it nicked from under our nose.

I'm not sure thats a prediction, it sounds more like an expression of pessimism and an attempt to rationalise a difficult period of time, by lowering expectations to avoid disappointment, whilst maximising the reward for success.

No you jumped up dictionary, i'm predicting that we wont win another game this season.

I'm predicting you are wrong, and will give a tenner to the charity of your choice if we don't win another game this season.

and that changes what?

I'm predicting that you won't take JM721 up on his challenge! Also, were you restricting the no-wins to Premier League only? Or All Palace sides?

There was no challenge issued. he stated he'd give a tenner to a charity in the event of Palace (I assume the main, mens, premiership football team for clarification) fail to win another league fixture this season.A valiant gesture and my only part in this is to say that St Christopher's Hospice will be very thankful for the addition ten pounds income.

Fair play, you are right... There was no "if you do the same" at the end of his post

Most certainly not European.

Fairs, fair - I'll put money behind my prediction. We'll win at least one game between now and the end of the season. If not I'll give a tenner to St Christophers Hospice. Nicely done Paperhat.

If you want to take it as a bet, feel free to make up the loss of a tenner to St Christophers Hospice.

Am I the only one who is slightly worried when reviewing our remaining fixtures? Under Pulis I had masses of confidence that we would stay up however now that I have gone over the fixtures I can't help but worry! If I was to predict each result:

Sunderland Away - Loss (Too big of a fixture, they'll want it more after the result at Selhurst)

Newcastle Away - Loss MAYBE draw (we will already be in Tyneside so won't feel too 'away' from home. Without Pardew may help too but can't see us winning

Chelsea Home - Loss, too much quality for us

Cardiff Away - Loss, same reasons as Sunderland

Villa Home - Win, one of our only remaining victories IMO

West Ham Away - Draw at best, majorly picked up their game and will want revenge for the reverse fixture

Man City Home - Loss, same reasons as Chelsea

Liverpool Home - Again, loss

Fulham away - Hard to call but I'm going to say a positive win. Hopefully they're already down and we will go all out. If they aren't down then loss.

Everton away - Also loss

Therefore putting things into perspective (or being realistically negative) I can't see us getting more than 6-8 points MAX totalling no more than 35.

Will this be enough?

What are your predictions if you think I'm wrong?

History shows on average 38 PTS is safe. However, this season, as low as 34 could keep us up! Crazy

We will have somebody checking to see when you start your run and then we will get all the cameras in the south-east trained on you/ We are not going to miss what should be the run of the year!!!!!!
Let us know what it is like to get arrested.

With 12 games left i thought that 3 wins and 3 draws would do the job giving us 38 points. We've managed two of the draws but god knows where the 3 wins will come from.

Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool. They are, after all, home games.
