If (if) we'd played and won, we'd be 10th.

As it is, we have a game in hand over everyone except Sunderland. Even if they won their spare game, and we lost, we still would be 2 points clear.

Strange how in the Championship you crave promotion yet when it happens you just want the season to end as soon as possible. Had the same feeling back in November, yet for entirely different reasons. Funny old game.

Edit: still think it would have ended a virtually unplayable 0:0, which would have achieved little more than being one more point towards the magic 39.
