Fulham have got Man U Man City Chelsea and Liverpool to play amongst their next eight fixtures. I do believe they are gonna be fvcked. 25 points from 31 games is the best I reckon they can hope for after the eight.

Stoke have a very tough run of games coming up as do Sunderland. A draw would really be the best result when they play each other.

we have a tough run of matches coming up, lets see where we are at the end of Feb before we start slating Suderland etc. If we get a draw against wets brom and poss Everton, that'll be a result from the next four
Cardiff are bottom but their remaining fixtures hold a lot of opportunities for wins (and it's wins that make all the difference) . What we have done well under Pulis is win the best chances for points, excluding Norwich, without suffering too much damage in the tougher games (Newcastle being the aberration) . Stoke are in big trouble in my opinion - and I also think goal difference in the table is a good indication of who will end the season at the bottom - so I think Norwich are also in bother. That said, as well as we have done, it's still a big ask for us to stay in the division. We have to be careful not to let expectation rise too much.

So hard to pick now as it's so tight. I am genuinely starting to believe we might just stay up though. At the beginning of the season I said... Cardiff I'll stick with that for a little while longer I think.

This is completely subjective... but here is how the table would turn out if West Brom, Stoke, Cardiff, Sunderland, West Ham, Fulham and us all picked up 3 points for every home game and 1 point for every away game against teams in the bottom half. Obviously only useful to compare who has the "easiest" run in, we have the hardest run in and our away form will be seriously important. We pick have the most difficult run in and Cardiff the easiest. Cardiff - 38

I would say Stoke, West Ham and Cardiff, although maybe West Ham's two loan signings will be world-beaters (I'm guessing not, if they were allowed out on loan). Cardiff's signings do not look inspired (3 Norwegians with no PL/English experience, Kenwyne Jones certainly no better than any other striker from a bottom-half team). However, there are 45 points left after tonight, so it's not just about squad quality but about fixtures too. We, for example, could conceivably get 0 points from our four February fixtures (4 points maximum if we are being realistic), which could leave us in the bottom three - but then we could feasibly get three wins in a row against Swansea, Southampton and Sunderland - but if we lose four games in a row going into the Swansea game, will the team pick themselves up for it?

I haven't got a clue; all I know is that we were written off, and now we are in the thick of it with every chance. Staying up would be nothing short of historic, and I will probably be reduced to tears should it happen. Until it's mathematically certain, I won't write anything off though.
