Was indeed the FA Cup, was 0-0 at Anfield replay at Selhurst att was 42k am sure its the highest att for a 3rd division team.

my first ever game was a Division 1 encouner between Chelsea and Ipswich at Stamford Bridge (1979). I stood in The Shed. My first Palace game was in the early 1980's and i stood on the Holmesdale terracing.(aged 14) Edited by Forest Hillbilly (12 Jun 2012 5.30pm)

palace v spurs. Was in the 80's we lost 2-1 . I had won a competition at school and got to walk around the outside of the pitch before the match and spoke to some radio station. then sat in the main stand. think it was 85/86
