CPFC2010 you guys are legends, good swift decision today, sure you have the support of the vast majority of CPFC fans. Two questions: 1. Are you looking at an up and coming manager (e.g. Eddie Howe) or an old hand (e.g. Coppell). 2. Given that realistically our best transfer policy is to pick up good youngsters from the lower leagues and sell them at a profit will you be looking for managers with an extensive knowledge of the lower leagues.
