You're not wrong - Mark Dennis was the epitome of a nutcase! Although I think he actually ran alf the pitch to actually get involved in a tear up with Gazza lol!!!!!!

P.s - Wish he was playing Sat lol!!!!!!!!!

mark dennis ran over to stop the punch up.i think it was andy gray that belted gazza.and was'nt it martyns debut as our goalie.
but i may be talking poo as well...

Martyn was with us in 1988 so couldn't have been his debut if that happened in 1990.

Martyn signed for us around October/November 1989 and that Spurs game was his debut.

I was match mascot against Villa - April 1988 and have photo's of me scoring against him.

April 1988, we would of had Perry Suckling in goal,or maybe Brian Parkin.
Nigel Martyn signed for us in November 1989, making his debut on 18th November in a 2-3 deafeat to spurs

Now watching Dorking Wanderers

From memory I think Gazza and McGoldrick had a spat and Dennis ran half the pitch and everyone feared the worst, but were suprised when he helped to split it up. I remember there being a lot of disappointed spectators.

Changing the subject, didn't Kiraly and Darren Ward have a bust up?
