Although we created Jack I must say SU were the master spoilers in the second half. Their ability to time waste and break continuity was up there with best of those ilk. We had no response though. Crap momentum and passing from the back which rippled through the team. It reminded me of the horrors of watching England at their worse 12 years ago with Rio at the back with nowhere to pass and generally no idea. Agree.

With Ward and PVA our line of wing defence we will be taken apart. PVA is getting worse by the game. He was certainly well outplayed today by a mediorce team. He is rubbish. Problem is we dont have another left back to replace him, unless someone knows more than me? Absolutely right, I was saying all last season that PVA needed replacing and this season he's pissing about knowing that nobody will replace him.

I agree with all that. Shlupp came on and stank the team up even more which I didn’t think possible. He also looked fat.Terrible all round. When I saw him putting his shirt on , I honestly thought ‘I’m in better nick than him’ , I am without a doubt , 42 I go to them gym 4 times a week , but love a booze. F*cking embarrassing. Him not me. I’m great

Schlupp won league as left back Nope, he started the season as left-back before being replaced by Fuchs because Leicester needed a more defensive player. Schlupp only started 14 games that season and for most of it was playing as a winger.

We’ve been in the top league for 7 years , if big lumps wasting time can put us off our game, we may aswell call it a day.

I just can’t wait till we have a good win and Poorish comes out of hiding with his ‘What if the sun doesn’t come up in the morning’ tweet. Today was bad but every season is up and down. We rarely start the season well and I’m sure we all have our ideas about why, but the performances will pick up I’m sure of it. So let’s all stop wetting the bed okay.

Supporters share a genuine concern about our prospects this season, for good reason, and these concerns started even before the first game.Today's dreadful performance re-inforced their feelings. Two suspect full-backs,and strikers who only scored 2 PL goals between them all last season. No replacement for AWB and no additions to the strike force - well done Edited by Willo (18 Aug 2019 8.07pm)
